Darnell’s professional path spans engineering, software consulting, and more than two decades of philanthropic leadership. He has served in key roles at Georgetown University, Special Olympics International, the Mobile Marketing Association, and the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington. His work has contributed to campaigns totaling more than $3 billion, with over $425 million raised directly under his leadership.
 
Today, Darnell is a trusted advisor to organizations seeking to elevate brand value, accelerate fundraising performance, lead transformational capital and endowment campaigns, and build high-performing, mission-driven teams. He is also a sought-after speaker and strategic thought partner on change management, board development, nonprofit technology and infrastructure, organizational development, and strategy.
